The Health Centre at the Songhees Wellness Centre improves health outcomes by providing culturally appropriate health care services including, primary care clinics, nurse and nurse practitioner.
Other programs include Home Care services, Aboriginal Diabetes Initiative, Healthy Food, and Nutrition Program, HIV/AIDS Prevention, and Mental Health & Addictions Programs.
Social Services are provided by a Social Worker, Community Support Worker, Elders Program Coordinator, and Income Assistance Coordinator
There are twice-monthly Family Drop-In workshops on baby food making, grocery store tours, eating healthy on a budget and family meal planning. Referrals are made to partner agencies including prenatal classes at the Esquimalt Neighborhood house.
Family Recreation Programs are well attended. There are facilitated recreation programs, sports and activities. Songhees Community Members may be eligible for a Sports and Recreation grant to promote active living and sports excellence.

The Fitness Studio at the Songhees Wellness Centre has a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, including ellipticals, exercise bikes, and treadmills. The Fitness Studio has a patio with an ocean view and access to a rooftop garden.
He’was Hall in the Songhees Wellness Centre has an international-sized wood floor multi-sport court with bleacher seating for 350 spectators and team change rooms. He’was Hall can be transformed into a ballroom, with carpet, dance floor and stage for weddings and banquets.
